Pros and cons of Learn German - Wie Geht's app for iPhone and iPad

Learn German - Wie Geht's app good for

This is a great way to learn German. You see the phrase you hear the phrase. And you can repeat it over and over practicing it your self. Then you can play a game or try a quiz. Das ist gut !!!
This application is fantastic, make sure you upgrade and get the audio also , helps practice the correct pronounciation. I recommend this app if you are a beginner taking course, fun to practice the games

Some bad moments

Paid for this app a while back (4,99 or thereabouts) now find that I cant even use the lessons i had previously done, with the invention of this passport Not paying twice ! we are not cash cows...disgraceful !
Suckish. Installed it twice, never opened once. Dont install it.
In good faith I purchased a FREE app that gives such limited-in-size-and-depth material. To make up for that I purchased the in-App Pangaea Passport for $9.99 to access all the lessons but realized they get you to keep buying over and over. Sleazeful developers and Apple should be ashamed! Every time I try to access additional lessons in the beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels I keep getting a window message telling me I have to purchase the Pangaea Passport. What for? It doesnt work all. A real waste! What does one do to get his/her money back? A letter to the state attorney general and the commissioner of state consumer affairs might do the trick or, at least, make me feel better. If you ask me "Wie Gehts?" My answer is "Nicht sehr gut!"
The $10 in-app purchase is supposed to work for all the developers apps, and online too, but it only works in the one app you purchase it in. I would have spent $2 for one app, not $10. I tried to contact the developer many times since I purchased it 20 days ago, and received no response. BUYER BEWARE
This app doesnt just teach you the basics of German but also teaches you with games like it a lot!! :3
Decent, but first of all I have found several spelling errors which is simply inexcusable for a language course. Explanations of tenses/moods and how to use them are very weak. This is more like a glorified flash card game.
